Refund policy

If you qualify as a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for the Product without providing any reason within 14 calendar days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. Unless otherwise agreed, the return shipping costs are at your expense. The shipment, until receipt is confirmed at our premises, is under your full responsibility.

As soon as we receive your return, we will verify the integrity of the Products. If everything is in order, we will inform you of the acceptance of the return and proceed to refund the paid price by crediting the credit card within the next 14 days.

You will have the right, at your choice, and provided that the type of Product allows it, to restore, free of charge, the conformity of the Product by replacement or to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract.
